Originally founded in 1908, Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. is a leading worldwide producer of aluminum and steel wheels for passenger cars and light trucks and of steel wheels for commercial trucks and trailers. We are also a supplier of powertrain components. We have global operations with 24 facilities, including business and sales offices and manufacturing facilities located in 13 countries around the world. We sell our products to every major North American, Japanese, and European manufacturer of passenger cars and light trucks and to commercial highway vehicle customers throughout the world. Sales in fiscal 2006 were $2.3 billion with approximately 73% of our revenue generated outside the United States. Our common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker symbol HAYZ and is a component of the Russell 2000 index.
