HISTORY
Hayes Lemmerz Alukola, s.r.o. was established by one partner-investor - Hayes Lemmerz S.p.A. (Dello, Italy). It was entered into the Trade Register on October 26, 1998. The building of the manufacturing facility began in the second half of 1998 on a green meadow.
Historically, the first aluminum wheel was cast in record timing, on March 20, 1999. A quality care development system plan was determined based on the requirements of ISO 9002, VDA 6.1 and QS 9000 Standards. The company obtained these certificates in February of 2000, only eight months after the start of production. In February 2002, the company obtained ISO 14000 Certification and in 2003 it was certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO TS 16949 Standard. The Grand Opening of the second assembly hall “Alukola 2” was on September 29, 2004.
The planned capacity of the manufacturing facility is 2.4 million wheels per year and the company currently employs more than 550 employees.

Hayes Lemmerz Alukola, s.r.o. sells its products to customers throughout the world. Ford, Škoda, Volkswagen, Renault, Opel, Suzuki, DaimlerChrysler, BMW, Saab, Fiat, Peugeot, Dacia, Mitsubishi, Fiat and Smart are amongst the biggest customers.
