HISTORY
Hayes Lemmerz Autokola was established in 1993 as a joint venture of the companies Nová Huť, a.s. and an American conglomerate Hayes Lemmerz Wheels International. Since 1997, Hayes Lemmerz International has had one hundred percent ownership of Hayes Lemmerz Autokola, a.s.. Since its establishment in 1993, Hayes Lemmerz Autokola has gone through significant development. Thanks to investments and productivity growth, the yearly production volume has increased from 1.9 million wheels in 1993 to more than 7.2 million wheels in 2007 while the number of employees has decreased by 40%.
OUR CUSTOMERS
Hayes Lemmerz Autokola, a.s. sells its products to customers throughout the world. General Motors, Volkswagen, KIA, Ford, Suzuki, Toyota, and PSA are amongst the biggest customers. Companies such as NACCO, Still, Daewoo, Trelleborg are the biggest customers of forklift wheels.
